Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Update: Defective Crankset Dura Ace 9100

Thanks Ronny C. and the crew at Incycle for helping me with my defective Dura Ace 9100 Crankset. A few weeks ago I notice my crank was splitting apart at a seam. Ronny and the Incycle crew were quick to contact Shimano and helped me with my warranty. In a few days later, the crank was replaced and I was up and running for a beat down on the Bagel Ride!

LABC: Los Angele Bicycle Club and The Bagel Ride

 LABC was out today on Incycle's Bagel Ride.  This brought out a ton of cyclists.  The ride was fast and super fun as usual.
