Today started like most of my days; early, before the the sunrise and with a few dedicated cyclists. Today's adventure took us to Seal Beach and back.

Monday Morning Crazy Legs
It was a winding morning so I cut my ride short. Hats off to those who braved the entire ride.

I spent another day on GMR taking pictures. There were a lot of people on Saturday. There are so many photos uploaded to the Bicycle Friends group on Facebook if you are interested to see more.

Beach Centuries are the best!
Today Ricardo Rodriguez, Warren Peace, Chris Carvalho and I headed to the beach! The weather was great and the pace wasn't too bad. We stopped off at Crema Cafe for some coffee and then headed home by way of SGVT.
