It was a small group.  Warren, Eric, Barry, Michael and I.  Warren kept the pace steady and mildly spicy. 

Ricardo's Chill Ride

Tough day today.  I met up with Ricardo's group on Baseline.  I was heading east and they were moving fast west to San Dimas.  I saw them just after Euclid. Once I saw them I did a U-turn and started chasing. Full gas, it took a lot to catch them.  Once I did I hung on until flatting after Live Oak.

 After my ride I stopped off to say hi to the Bud's Ride group. 

I got screwed!

On Monday's ride I was heading back home from riding to Shinn. There is a lot of construction on Towne Ave.  When I crossed Towne Ave, I heard what sounded like a broken spoke.  I stopped to check my rear wheel and it turns out it was a huge screw stuck in my tire.  Fortunately it only pierced a knob on the tire.

No flat.
