Claremont Wilderness Trail then a stop to DT Claremont to say "Hi"

 After my ride I stopped off to say hi to the Bud's Ride group.

 A few weeks ago after doing a Claremont Wilderness Trail lap, I hopped on the Wednesday Bud's Ride.  Yeah, spicy for sure.

Riding with friends.

I wasn’t going to do Bud’s last night. Instead I chose to ride in my garage on the rollers. However, Frank I. called and encouraged me to come out. He said a bunch of friends were going to ride Bud’s for a first time.
It was nice seeing Camacho, Ricardo, Miguel and his son, Geraldo, Lucho. Overall the ride wasn’t bad and Frank, Monte and I stayed together for the three laps.

Choking Hazard

I started Bud’s feeling fine then after the first laps I got caught in a coughing frenzy. I am not sure what happened but I could not stop and the group quickly pulled away from me. I pulled over to drink some water and continued hacking away. I called the ride short and headed home trying to clear what ever got caught in my throat. This morning I still feel like something is still in my throat. I must have ate some bug and it got stuck in my air passage.

Bud's Ride

Go short or go long, it’s all good.

Bud’s ride has two options. Go long and head up and over Via Verde to San Dimas Ave. Go short and cut through Raging Waters Drive across the dam.
