Slow Ride Around Town
I didn't plan on riding today, but when I woke up, it wasn't raining. I took advantage of this fact and rode around LaVerne, Bonelli Park and then through downtown Claremont.

Cycling Connection Wednesday Ride PLUS EXTRA CREDIT
Today I rode my bike to Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga to meet up with Les and the Cycling Connection Gang. We decided on the Grind Ride course. I felt good and I am liking this semi-retired state I am in. I might like it too much, DOH!

Psycho-List Crazy Legs Ride PLUS Extra Extra Credit
Monday means I join the 8:15 am Psycho-List Crazy Legs Ride lead by Barry. It's a great ride with a descent pace. The company is friendly and no one gets left behind. Carl and Mike, joined me again. Prior to the ride Mike and I decided to ride up to Shinn Road for pre-ride extra credit points and on Bonita we turned down E Street in LaVerne to get in a quick loop around Bonelli. While at Bonelli, we threw in a short climb up Canon.
