Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Bagel Ride

Psycho’s and Bagels

On Sunday I headed out early to get some extra miles before the Bagel Ride. When I got to Incycle, Rancho I was surprised to see a large number of cyclists already waiting for the ride. I also saw bagels! To my surprise it was Rich Mayo and the Psycho-List. The Psych’s decided to join us on our Sunday Bagel Ride. This is Rich’s Local Bike Shop Ride rotation and this weekend was Incycle, Rancho.
