Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. GMR to Mt Baldy with Randy

Woke up early and rode to Mt Baldy with Randy.  It was a quick ride and I was home with enough time to clean up before taking the family to the La Verne Parade.


This one is for Michael from CLR Effect.


GRR and GMR was closed to motor traffic.  The road closure made for a great ride.


Now off to see some fireworks then its back to the the daily grind.  Working tomorrow!
