Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. But I am mentally far away from civilization. The world is breaking someone else's heart. ~Diane Ackerman

Pomona (Diamond Bar/Rancho Cucamonga/Claremont) to GMR to Mt Baldy

Yeah, that's right.  Gary from Rancho, Richard from Claremont, Michael from Diamond Bar and me representing Pomona all converged upon Glendora Mountain Road to My Baldy.

It was a great ride.  Gary's training for his Ironman in June.  Richard and Michael kicked butt up GMR to the shack.  I was sure Richard was going to smoke Mike up but not so much.  Mike is still KOM.

I am slowly fighting my way to a PR on SM/GMR to the Maintenance Shed.

Good times with great friends.
