Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Pomona to Long Beach and Back

Pomona to Long Beach and Back.  Another great ride in the books.  I met up with the usual suspects, Omar De Los Santos, Ricardo Rodriguez, and Fco Iglesias. We also had a new addition, Sarahí Gómez whom we first met on Monday while she was doing repeats on Turnbull Canyon.  Sarahi joined us for our beach ride. Along the way two guys caught our wheel took their fair share of pulls all the way to LB.  Thanks guys!  On the way home I ran onto Chris Davis and we basically rode together from SGVT and Ramona Ave.  Today was definitely an awesome day spent with some cool people.
