Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. We had the chance to go behind the scenes with Team Sky at their Mallorca training camp earlier this month, and we thought we'd share a bit of the experience with this edit! Despite a bit of rain, it was a brilliant week on the island! We got to chat with the riders and mechanics, and learn a little bit about how things work on the Pro Tour.
