Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Two Wheel Tuesday (2WT)

Keeping it alive!

Two Wheel Tuesday (2WT), was much more subdued last night. There wasn’t any serious attacks and we stayed together for the entire ride. Subdued but still lively at times, we kept things interesting over the second guard shack to San Dimas Canyon and of course there is Padua. Padua was spicy but I didn’t feel like I was going to vomit after. Chris C and Jojo D joined us.

2WT happens every Tuesday. We meet at La Verne Brewery and roll out is 6:30 pm. The route is about 24 miles and it takes us from La Verne to San Dimas to Claremont before heading back home. Come join us next week.
