Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Evelyn Stevens Team Behind the Team

Evelyn Stevens began competing late into her career at the age of 25. In 2008, Evelyn began winning and was noticed by Jim Miller, Director of Athletics at USA Cycling. After surpassing a test that USA Cycling uses to determine talent in an individual, Stevens was invited to be part of their National Team and compete in the Road to France.
