Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. Broken Shimano Dura Ace Crank Arm

My crank arm is broken! 😢

Yesterday I noticed a weird rolling sensation on the downstroke while pedaling. I thought it might be a loose cleat but after further inspection, I noticed my Shimano Dura Ace right crank arm has a crack and is pulling apart. After some research it looks like this is common for the Shimano Dura Ace FC-R9100 cranks.
