Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Frank the F#$K@R!

Frank is heading back to work

Frank is a super cool guy. He's competative, funny and mostly fun to ride with. I say mostly because he is fast and some of his rides can be painful. Yesterday we headed to Bonelli Park and around town. He'll be heading back to work soon so no more morning ride with this guy. It was fun while it lasted.
